What is a Web Address (domain name)?
Practically speaking, your Web Address is your Internet identity and your online brand. Your customers will remember this name and use it to find your Web site, your products or your services. Technically, a Web Address is an addressing construct used for identifying and locating computers on the Internet. For example, the Web Address iwebu.net represents the Iwebu web site. When you type iwebu.net into a Web browser or send e-mail to someone at iwebu.net, the Domain Name System (DNS) translates iwebu.net into the IP numbers used by the Internet and connects you to Iwebu.
Do I have to get a new Web address or can I use one that I already have?

Most hosting providers do not charge to transfer a Web address. Please note that Iwebu does not charge for this transfer at all; any transfer charges that you may incur would come directly from your current hosting provider.

I can't find a Web address that works for my Web site; lots of the names I've tried are taken. I don't have a Web address to transfer either. What should I do?
Your Web site must have a Web address in order to be found on the Internet. And you have to have a Web address to subscribe to our monthly plans. But if you want to get a Web site now (and register your Web address later) you can have Iwebu build your site, then download the site to your computer. Just remember that your Web site won't be on the Internet until you have registered your Web address. Your next step will be to arrange for the Web site to be hosted by the provider of your choice. Many hosting providers offer "third level domain names" (e.g. www.yourcompany.abccompany.com). If you have dial up access to the Internet through an Internet Service Provider (ISP) you may already have space for a Web site with a third level domain name. Check with your existing provider for details.

In the event you wish to select a different design from our gallery after the initial presentation of the Web site, you will be subject to be evaluated.
How much will it cost to make changes to my web site once the warranty period expires?
Quite often if a client simply needs a quick change such as editing text which will only take a few minutes we simply do it for free. If the changes or additions appear to be significant then we either produce another contract for the development at a fixed cost, or simply bill you at our current hourly rate. Currently our rates start at $50.00 per hour for design and $100.00 per hour for programming.
How can I be sure my site will be unique?
Each Web site design gives you the structure for your site and then you can add unique elements according to your needs. You can include your company name, logo, artwork, photos, personalized text, button headers etc. In addition, our library of designs is always growing.

What is your Returns/Cancellations Policy?
In the event you are not happy with the initial home page design $100.00 of your payment is non refundable. Your refund minus this fee will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. You shall have the right to a half refund if not satisfied after reviewing the remaining pages of the web site. If you purchase one of our Web sites and have downloaded it, published it to the Internet, or more than 30 days have passed since the initial presentation of the web site, then no refunds will be given.

All payments must be made in US dollars and should be payable in the US. You can pay online using a credit card or paypal, or simply call a sales representative who can accept your payment over the phone. A deposit is required to start work on your website. Upon approval of your layout design, a payment of your package will be required. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your website, before it is made live or the files are released.
Are you going to custom design my website?
The pricing on our website reflects the cost you will have to payfor either getting a website customized from scratch or choosing our semifinished website templates and getting it customized from us. We can work with a template based site or a fully customized website depending upon instructions from you.
